Sudden Huge drop on Organic reach on Fanpage of 2mill fans

Hi last night my fanpage which used to get around 200k organic reach on each post, now gets more like 3k organic reach.

We do post a lot on the page but it has been fine and growing nicely for months now.

Is there something I can do to recover?

    Facebook made some major updates last week which is the cause of your problems. You are not alone in this situation, its a global thing.

    1) Make sure you are posting 'cream of the crop' posts
    2) Posts that get tons of comments and shares are key
    3) Frequently ask questions
    4) Post more often

    Facebook has come out publicly and said the reach on fan page post will all but disappear but you have the option to pay for your post to be seen. It was facebook strategy all along to get people to build up their fan pages...then cut off the reach unless they pay for it.
