Want to message FB users without going to Other Folder

Hey there,

I have about 30 people I want to message on Facebook that I'm not friends with. I don't want my message to go to their "Other" folder. Any way I can do this? I know I could also give them a "nudge" with a friend request first, but I'd really like to contact them directly and just get a quick message in front of their eyes.

Appreciate any input anyone has.

J

You could send your message with the friend request.

Do you mean, send a friend request, and a moment later, send a message?

I remember being able to send a message "attached" to a friend request, but that was years ago.

Add the friend that's all you can do to not have it in the other folder.

I market fb like this daily. When you get a response quickly you've found someone looking for something or desperately trying to sell.

Both are good options for coaching students

A late response isn't necessarily bad they may not understand the other folder I've had that too.

The key is sending out 20 a day over the course of 12 - 18 hours or so to avoid fb jail.

      Hope that helps

        Thanks for the reply carcin0genic!

So you add them as a friend, and when they confirm, send them a message?

Is your profile pic, name, or cover photo optimized for your business?
I only have a personal facebook page, was wondering if making a business one with a cover photo related to my business would help them accept friend request. Otherwise I probably just look like some random guy.

I'm usually that random guy. 9 times out of 10 they are the ones that end up adding me based on the value I am able to provide for them.

I don't worry about if they don't respond or if they might not see the message. The right ones, the ones I want to work with will find the message and respond.

that's why I make it a point ot hit 20 people a day to maximize possibility of return.

How do you provide value to them before they get your friend request? Are you referring to adding people from groups that the both of you are a part of that they might have seen your posts in?

I was looking at my other mailbox the other day and sent a message to someone. Facebook offered me the option to send the message to their regular mailbox for a dollar.

Hmm, I thought they discontinued that experiment awhile ago. At least I hadn't seen anything on it recently. I think for me, it would be worth a dollar to get it into their inbox.
