Third Party App for Reviews Tab on Facebook?
Hello everyone,
Since Facebook has integrated reviews on local business pages, we can't remove negative reviews for our clients.
I found a solution where you can change the category of your page from business to other, and the reviews disappear. I realize this is not a fix for most businesses, but for a real estate agent who doesn't even want an address of his business published (and therefore doesn't want checkins and whatnot), this works.
Can someone recommend an app that handles reviews on Facebook? To have a separate tab that's real easy to just install and then have control over deleting reviews if possible?
I looked and all I could find were old apps that don't work anymore.
