How to find just new users or regular people on twitter?

Hey guys, on other social media I normally can see new accounts because it shows the amounts of follows they have or if their accounts were just created.

On twitter I see tons of self promoters and I have to click each profile and view their page, I don't know how to find newly created accounts either because those are the ones mostly looking for a re-follow I just wanna find average persons better and not other self promoters.

is there a good program or tips to navigate the twitter site better? thanks a lot this would really help.

    Use Manage Flitter. You can do account search and search for specific topics. Such as people with #blogging in their bio who are in the United States and who have an active account and 200 followers. It will give you a list of all those people.

    You can then order that list in different ways such as their amount of tweets per day or they follower to following ratio. You can order it in the days ago they joined. You can find new accounts using that.
