Facebook Ads question about bidding

Yesterday I started a campaign on facebook ads - clicks to site. My suggested bid for my targeting was 0.71.I leave this. Today I found one of the campaigns clicked 30 times and now its suggested bid is 0.30 - 0.50.What to do, to decrease the bid, how much?

I also noticed that other of my ads that have less clicks but better ctr, haven't decreased the bids from yesterday so much?

What are the main ways to decrease my bids and get the possible good results?

Do I have to keep my bids as low as possible, or this will leads to my ad showing on lower position, decreasing ctr and then increasing the price?

My ctr is about 0.7 - 3% ? Is this good?

Please let me know.

If you have your bid above the suggested price, FB will show your ad more than if you'd bid less because you're willing to pay more.
I personally don't use CPC, I do the automatic bid for post engagement and then keep an eye on it. But, if I did, I'd just keep the bid slightly above the suggested bid, as long as I was in profit.
