Low reach with ads is typically due to a low bid.

No offence but I have seen you posting with trying to help people but it seems you just do it to get post count. Read the OP, he is optimized CPM on $5 a day budget. Facebook will auto bid on the CPM so he has no control over bid, the fact his reach is so low over 5 hours is due to budget.

If he is hitting a high cost demo and the CPM for that demo is average $1.50 the reach will be very low

Well it depends now on the niche, are you gathering emails, converting CPA or products? Because now you are paying a large CPC but it may be a great CPC depending on what your advertising

As long as you're staying ahead of the curve and are profitable, I'd keep running the campaign. A shirt sold after only 4 clicks is a good sign. If you can keep selling shirts at that rate, you're going to have a very successful campaign.

I'd bump the advertising spend up to $20 to get it moving along a little more and to see if the initial sale was an anomaly or if the sales start rolling in.
