My facebook accounts aren't spending as much...

Title.

I'm targeting female, USA. I'm doing newsfeed, mobile (wifi) even to test. I haven't hit the right side... Out of frustration I decided to submit new ads in Canada.... I'm spending like 15-20 a day and I literally have no budget, and a few accounts running.

They are getting impressions, clicks so it's not like some soft ban or anything... Any thoughts or advice to get these spending?

....I mean I can increase my bids more, or go ocpc or ocpm... but the optimized bidding bothers me since facebook defines what I'm gonna pay cpc... My newsfeed bids IMO are high (more than the asking)..

    Keep raising the bids until your ads start showing or optimize your ads until they're getting a better click-through rate. Letting an optimized cost per click ad run for a couple days will give you a pretty good idea what your cost per click is going to be for that market with your current ad. You can optimize it from there.

    I'm not sure I understand your question, but while testing don't be afraid to paid more so that you can win more bidding wars and give a chance of your ads to get impressions. This is how you buy data the right way.

      I suppose I can increase bids.. I'm bidding 0.60 mobile 1.30 computer. I think today's spend was $3 so far so go figure... I really wanna open these up. I mean should I start targeting interests people wouldn't think to hit?

    I think if you want mobile traffic, use PPC from buzzcity, imnobi,etc. I think it can help you to get more sales
