What's the Best Way to Share Large Files with Friends?

If you can, the easiest way to share large files with friends is when you're near their computer, but that's not always an option. Thankfully, you have a bunch of solid ways to share big files over the internet. Depending on who and what you're sharing, some of your options are better suited than others. Let's take a look at what's best and when.?????!

I tend to just use dropbox. You can share specific files with people by following the instructions here https://www.dropbox.com/help/167

I personnaly use Infinit, it's a free desktop app (mac and windows) that doesn't have any file size limits, so you can send 10 Go for example.

They also have a peer to peer encryption so it's more secure than a lot of obscure websites.

If I need to send something one time only, I use WeTransfer.com and if I want it to stay online for longer I go with DropBox - both are great!

It probably depends on just how big your files are.

For me, I've always loved Google Drive. The pricing is cheap, it's easy to drag and drop files into the browser for upload, a simple right-click allows you to share the files with whoever you want, and the download speed is fast.

My vote goes to Google drive too, I have never had to send very large files, but If i did I would be using Google drive.
