HELP! Social Media won't login from different computers

I setup a Social Media account for a client located in a different state. The passwords work PERFECTLY for me. I tell him to copy and paste and it says on all Social Media account like Twitter and Facebook the same thing: incorrect password. What the heck is going on?

I tried Googling and can't find anything on this subject that is up to date. I e-mailed Facebook also but it's not just FB it's Twitter as well...

    I've logged into to both facebook and twitter from multiple locations and on multiple computers. my suggestion is your client is putting in something wrong. Make sure they follow any Upper lowER case things going on and don't have caps lock on. My logins are case sensitive.

      No, they copy and pasted the e-mail and password dozens of times. It simply won't work. I logged in perfectly from my compute every time. Same goes for Twitter and every other social media. He claims he can't login.

        What I am talking about - I sign up someone for Social Media. We both login using the same password. It works fine for me, won't work for the client. Says incorrect password FOR ALL SOCIAL MEDIA. What is going on?
