FB ad question about UIDs. Not available now?

FB ad experts I need help! I'm trying to run a FB ad using the "custom audience" feature. I already have several .csv files of thousands of UIDs I got from Social Lead Freak... but when I go to Customer List > Upload a file, pick "user IDs" from the drop down list and chose my file, it won't let me proceed. The "create audience" button is grey and unclickable and then I noticed that it says "You can only upload IDs for people that download or use your Facebook app. You can find the ID for your Facebook apps in App Dashboard" What does this mean?? Does this mean we can no longer target users based off their UID's that we got from FB pages and groups using whatever software we used to get them? And from the drop down under data type there is the option for "Mobile Advertiser IDs" what does this mean? I checked this option and was then able to use the .csv file of over 4,000 UIDs I had (that I originally was trying to use) and ran a $5 ad but it ran today with zero clicks so obviously it didn't work. Please help!

    Now facebook accept "email facebook" replaced by UID as previously so you can upload file .csv with list of email facebook

    If you need list of email facebook of any facebook group, you can try this tool to get list of facebook group members. You also can find facebook group by languages such as English, Spanish, Romanian,...

    Does this work for fb groups that are "closed" too or only open?

      It works for open group or you are member of group, event and public post
