I suggest you don't post the same content more than once on any of your pages because this will seriously annoy your readers. Give them something new!

I agree! Posting the same things over and over again will give them the reason to unfollow your page. Instead, focus on providing interesting information that promotes user-engagement.

I agree. It doesn't have to be completely unique, as long as you can still catch the attention of your readers. You can upload a different image together with the link and a slightly revised description that comes with it.

I suggest minimum 3x per week and 10x maximum per week.Too much update is very annoying for some. For Facebook groups, you have to follow the rules. If you think you can share a worth sharing content or with the same niche to the group then you can do that. Make assessments on what you are posting or will be posting.

For Twitter you can just make sure to change the wording of the Tweet. Most people follow hundreds of people so the chance of your Tweet being seen by the same person twice is pretty slim. Still I try not to promote the same page more that 2 times in one day. For facebook I never post anything more than once unless I have a new picture or some added content.

Why have you thought about posting the same content over and over again. It is not a good idea. You should try to create unique content. It would be the best option for you. It would be helpful to get more traffic and fans on your website and FB group.

Hi Mate,

It is better to post any content in the Groups of Page for every 1 hour.
And you can post repetitive content every 4 days once. If you post every day the same content people will unlike or leave your group .
So follow these tips when you market your content.

Some tips if you post viral posts ( interesting ) you can get more shares and likes to your page.

Like most people said you dont want to share the exact same thing. Your aim should be to provide your readers and people in other communities with value.

This is because people do business with people they like and trust. Just posting the same content everywhere makes you look like a spammer. I am sure that is not your intention.

Here is a great picture from the guys over at KissMetric that is a good rule of thumb for resharing content. Always make it slightly different then the original post

Dear Nitesh, You can post same content in as many groups you have joined there is no any restriction from facebook but group admin have rights to approve it. but its better for you to share only 1 time your content either on your wall, group, other groups etc. in case of twitter you are not allowed to post same content so its better to share same content in different ways and styles of wordings

Unless u can encourage feedback on twitter or facebook, i usually restrict the ads on weekly basis (except twitter) and change the content

It will all depend on the topic or post you provide.

For example:
If you post disgusting posts, then they would not want to be looking at your posts on their feed for the entire 24 hours.

The best is still once a day or two. Maximum could be 5 posts -- but always remember there are people who would put you in an ignore list for that.

I suggest that you don't post the same content in your social media profiles. It is not a good practice since online marketing is all about unique, original, high quality content and the Google Panda has zero tolerance in duplicate content.
