WordPress plugin needed for social media shares, BUT. . .

I have used social share plugins in the past, but I
have one particular problem.

I need for the social share buttons to appear at the
top of the post (no problem), but also immediately at
the end of the post.

My blog has an established format with 800-900 posts.

Right after the content of each post I have a manually
chosen list of "Related Posts". I want to insert the
social share buttons IN BETWEEN the blog post and
the "Related Posts"

Unfortunately, the plugins that give a choice of beginning
AND end of post result in the buttons at the very bottom of
the screen (below "Related Posts" and other content).

Do any WordPress social share plugins have a code I could
insert at the end of my posts EXACTLY where I prefer??

I must have at least buttons for Twitter, Facebook, Google+,
and Pinterest.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those plugins hook into the 'the_content' filter of WordPress and it would not be possible for them to see which other plugins are using this. Also they don't have an influence on which one is executed first by WP.

The best solution would be to edit your theme and put a function call there to your plugin (if your plugin has this feature).
