Is Pinterest Infographics the way Forward?
I just want to share a little story that has happened to me over the past few weeks. I live in South Africa and our Internet Marketing market is still developing. If I look at guys from USA, UK etc and compare their marketing techniques to what I some of our South Africans are doing I have to say we have a lot to learn.
Any way so Pinterest hasn't exactly hit the ground running in RSA but I enjoy it! I love researching for Infographics about various topics and recently I started creating my own Infographics which I have used for Squeeze Pages and Email campaigns and the response was astounding! Conversion rates really took off! Some pages converting at over 60%.
So coming from RSA and not having had much exposure to Pinterest... Do you guys think this is the future of Social Media marketing and would it grow past Facebook in say 5 to 10 years time?

    I don't think it will grow past Facebook but sure what you have there is a wonderful strategy.

    Yeah I think eBooks just don't carry that much value to a customer any more. Infographics is visually stimulating and shows exactly what needs to be done to achieve the desired effect where with eBooks you get lost in all the info.

    I've seen many infographics online, especially at Pinterest. Once people start to realize the true value of infographics for learning and not just reposting, they will start to look for them everywhere.
