Why I'm getting FB Ads superhigh OCPM?

Hey guys.
I'm stuck with 1 question...

I'm trying to promote T-shirts with FB ads with OCPM photo posts.

When I'm targeting - usually projected CPM costs are between $5-$10 (fb shows).

But when I launch OCPM - the price immediately skyrockets to about $20 (1000 impr.)

I'm on low budget, so my question is: when to kill that ad? Usually 50 impr and no clicks, is there a reason to keep that ad?

Usually people swear but photo posts with OCPM, but the only reason is high CTR, right? If not - I won't get relatively clicks. But where to stop if I'm not getting cheap clicks?

Thanks a lot.

I can't help directly but, are you following Chris Blair and Matt Stefanik on Facebook at all? Those guys are killing it in the T-Shirt biz with FB ads. They might be worth looking into for top notch advice with this.

in the power editor you can manually adjust your optimized cpm to not go over a certain threshold
