Facebook pages of others can bring traffic to my YT video?

Hello mates...

I have 2 Youtube videos, one has got 50000 visitors since last year and the other 200 since a few days ago... I have a facebook profile... Is it a good idea or at least logical to find related FB PAGES and send them a message asking to put my videos in their pages so that I get more views? Does it work?

Thanks and Merry Xmas...

That will work but some pages will ask for a "fee" to post it .

Be sure to check the engagement rate of the page so your post will be shared enough.

      Than you,

Well I sent more than 30 messages via the message section -which is placed at the top right side of the FB pages- to 30 different pages! "No response, no action"!
I found an interesting video and wanted them to put it in their pages because I found it interesting (and it is really), but nothing happened!

By the "engagement rate" you mean the number of likes to the page and shares for the posts? or there is an option in FB which shows such thing?

      Thanks again.

If your videos are useful, then It may work out for you. Along with Facebook you can do the same on other networks too, but you may have to pay some of them.

      Thanks mate...

Didn't work yet. Maybe my message does not reach them?! I don't know what's wrong!

What networks you mean? Which one's are working?

      Thanks

  • If they will do it for free it is always a good idea. But i dubt anyone will do it for free.

They will in exchange to set description of video and advertise them

You can always ask. Some people use that method. I just run ads for views. Roll it in viral traffick and let it kick in.

Sorry I have no experience in FB ads... Can I do that for YT videos? Any possible risk?
If I invest say 100$ how many view on average I'll get to my YT video? 100, 1000, 5000??!

      Thanks
