Research your niche and find out what they are desperate for.
Then give it to them in easy, entertaining, bite size videos.

Offer an absolute ton of value, then use a strong call to action and
tell your viewer EXACTLY what you want them to do next.

That part is the key! Make sure that at the end of the video, you direct
them to take the action that you want them to take. Always be pushing them
further into the funnel. But make sure you are providing an absolute TON of value.

Alex Becker of sourcewave.com does an excellent job at this. Maybe
you can check out how he does it for some ideas.

Take questions from your current subscribers and blog readers and answer them via Youtube. Then post that video to your blog. That will show your readers that you are listening to their questions and concerned about what they are talking about.

Use unique tags in all of your videos and thumb nails that brand your channel. When someone watches one of your videos and see a lot of your other videos as suggestions, it will give them a quick preview of your channel. This will encourage them to sub.

Good idea, my question though is does this method work on a churn and burn list or should I use it only for relationship building? I suppose there is no rule that states either but just want to know your experience on this?
