Im an aspiring and growing Youtuber. My goal is to make the majority of my income from my Youtube career.

My niche is in Gaming & Entertainment. Positioning myself as a public figure through various social media outlets.

What are your Youtube goals?

Are you a hardcore dedicated Youtuber?

or

A more casual creator looking for another outlet to express yourself or grow your business?

the goals depends on how much time and effort you want to spend on the proyect.

    maybe 5 videos a day?

But I think you should NOT depend only youtube. Remember, your account isnt yours really. If for any reason youtube decides to close your account, all of your work is lost. Try other social sites too.

I'm not focusing on monetizing YT channel itself, but from my own experience, youtube provides high quality and targeted traffic. Many business owners are underestimating the power of video marketing.

So I set the primary goal to how much traffic should my YT channel send to my site.

    * Offer value and quality.

    * Always use your video editing software to tease people to watch more videos of yours.

    * Be gentle and reply to your subcribers. They feel special (I do too).

    * Have a schedule. Don't be bored to upload videos.

    * Don't just upload for the sake of it. Always offer value - it's even better to NOT upload antyhing
if you're gonna upload a lesser quality video.

    * Build a kind and happy relationship (keep offering value).

    IMPORTANT:

Configure your video settings BEFORE uploading it !

Here's a PDF - Checklist for you that will help you configure these settings.

Hit Control + S to save this to your Desktop for future reference.
