How to find clients FAST through Social Media? Impact of Social Media Backlinking?

So I've basically been given the task of finding clients for my boss. And actually I will be finding clients for my business in the near future when I decide to start focusing my on my business.

Now....my main targets are facebook and twitter. I know that a lot of people will create proposals and then run a specific search to find specific people than message those people with their proposal. Eg: People living in Florida who are business managers. Or they join public groups with 1k+ members and then message the members on there.

On twitter, from what I've seen....people will create engaging tweets with specific hashtags or they will interact with other tweets and connect with people.

But is there a SPECIFIC way to get clients FAST?

eg: "I went on Twitter, create 40 tweets in one day with a specific hashtag....got me 10 clients within 1 day." or "I messaged people in Ohio who were business owners and I made sure I sent at least 100 messages in 1 day. kept the message short and simple with the URL to my website. got 15 clients the next day messaging me."

Something like that. A specific way to get clients.

Also, does posting your website link on facebook, twitter, and google+ get your website indexed faster? what impact does social media backlinking have on websites getting indexed?

    Depends on the business but I think the fastest way to get leads is Facebooks Ads.

    I'll make this short since I tried to click post and the website did not let me submit my post because of inactivity. Seems to be some lag on the server.... So I was forced to reload the page and the post got reset........:/

    Problem with facebook ads is you can only get leads IF you are a certain kind of business.

    There are certain businesses where you can find a solution to your needs by searching google. Then there are other businesses where google gives you bad results and you can get better solutions by creating ads. For instance: a shoe manufacturing company or skateboard company can invest in ads and do really well because there are very few places online that gives advice on where to buy shoes or skateboards. It's not like there are 12 places where you can buy shoes and skateboards.....very few. So ads can become very helpful. On the other hand, businesses like webdevelopment companies and marketing companies....ads won't really help because google will show a bunch of companies in the results. Why look at ads if you can just lookup and contact a company for a price or hire a freelancer really fast?

    So how would you get clients real fast if you have a webdevelopment/marketing company?
