Alright guys

I am not sure if anyone can help me with this or not but I just thought I'll ask

I have just created a facebook page which I am going to link to ebay.. However I don't want the information pulled directly from ebay... In the facebook post I would like to use my own pictures and unique information, but at the moment when I put the link on it auto displays information even from any websites..

Can anyone help??

On your facebook account, go to Ads Manager > Campaigns > Select your Campaign > Ad Set > Post (choose what Post you want/is available) > Creative (click on "edit"). Then you can upload what picure you want (also Fb requires that the uploaded pictures to have less than 20% text).

When I make a post on my page with a graphic I want to use, I use a linkshare post.

I take the URL of the page I want to write about, and put that into the post box.
Then usually facebook gives me an option below to use another image if I want. if I do, I delete the one they pulled and use my own.

Then I erase the link and type in the unique content I want to display. I don't have any first hand knowledge of this, but it is possible that EBay has some arrangement with Facebook to prevent you from doing this.

    The solution is simple.
Paste the ebay link in Facebook's update status box, wait until Facebook will grab the OG image from ebay. You will see a button on the image "Upload image" and change it with yours.
    Then post it!
