Question about Pinterest

Hi
I've started to gain followers on Pinterest by following people. I want to send them back to my site or products
but I have a few question,
1. How I can send people to my site by posting photos? anyone will click it?
From your experience, I can get any visitors that way?
2. How many of my followers will get the new photos I post to their news?
people have thousands of photos on Pinterest.. anyone notice every photo they post?

You can get them to click back to your site a couple of ways. I fyou have pictures on your site pages, post those on Pinterest, then make sure the URL to your page is attached to your site.

The other way which is a lot easier, is to upload the images from your computer and then edit the image description to include a link to your site. This way you could have a number of images with links going to your site, and you don't have to have a ton of images on your pages.

People will click on these images. Especially if you edit the images themselves so that some of them have a call to action on them. Not every image, but 1 out of every 5 or 6.

There is no way to forecast how many people will do this, it depends on your niche - something besides IM or MMO - those work the least well, and it depends on the quality of your images.

Why not to edit every image with call to action?

Because when the images show up in another person's stream, they might take offense to seeing the same CTA each time. If you put different CTA's on your images, that could work

There's no way you can deliver your pin to all of your followers. Pinterest has Smart Feed, it filters images to show only ''best'' ones to people. Mostly this is keyword optimized content relevant to the interests they choose to follow. Pins also have to receive engagement to be more visible.

But you can create an email notification board. Make a cool board for exclusive content and add description saying that you notify people who follow it of updates by email. Then use the Pinterest messenger to send your pins to their inbox. It's like a mini mailing list.
