New FB policy? Or am I doing something wrong?

I have a question about fb ads. My target audience is woman who is working in office. I am trying to do a graph search in FB, by typing in woman who live in kuala lumpur and are office manager. It turns out that there are quite a limited search results. I have tried many other search modifiers, and still there are a very limited search results.

So, I thought maybe the search modifiers is too narrow. And now... when I type in woman who live in kuala lumpur ... (Kuala Lumpur is quite big as it is the capital and main city of Malaysia) the search results is still very limited. Is this a new FB policy to limit the search results, or am I doing something wrongly?

Thanks.

NO! Fb identifies the audiency about several data criterias resulted from people profiles, interests and activities. It seems that Facebook can identify only a very limited number of women for what you're trying to target your ads.

try spelling it as women (plural) and see if that helps you.

I have spelt it as plural. But the problem is still the same.

In FB, the Elvis Presley fan page have more than 12 million likes. If you do a graph search for people who like elvis presley ... you will only have 1 search result. I believe this is a new fb policy where they limit the search result. What do you all think?
