Is reddit advertising a good way to promote your website ?

Are there good guides for this to ?

    I used it a couple of times in the past with 4 different campaigns and only 1 of them was successful. The reason it was successful was because of its humour. I had 100 Jesus bobble head toys for sale and I created a site for it with PayPal implemented for payment.

    I advertised on Reddit with a funny title saying "I was about to crash my car and told Jesus to take the wheel...he didn't". It was linked to my site and I received 5,000 clicks to my site. All 100 were sold out and people emailed me asking if I was going to restock. I did restock and I made $7,000 with the campaign. So yes Reddit is an awesome advertising platform if you use it wisely.

    It`s for free and it is not. They have paid section. But FB traffic is more quality than reddit.

    If you have $5 to spare, you can give it a try It's the minimum amount you need to try the paid section. This is actually taken from their website: "reddit ads start at a $0.75 CPM with a $5.00 minimum spend".

    I think it depends on your niche market. I've tried it before in some of my niche businesses. Some works but the other don't.

    I have never tried Reddit Paid Ads but it really sounds interesting.

    After reading this thread, I went to Reddit and placed my very first ad

    I like the fact that you can start with a low budget.

    I would recommend you to test everything you can with the traffic and your landing pages.

    It's all about testing, to get the best conversions!
