Receiving Offers to Buy facebook Page

For years my facebook page has been broken and I've never been able to get a reply from facebook.

There's been no activity on the page for well over a year due to the "Not Authenticated
You are not permitted to access this resource." error. You can't post any text statuses - but you can if it has an image attached.

Anyway, I've frequently get offers on the page via private message, some offering up to $3,000 per 100k fans (I have 350k).

I need the money now, but it just seems so risky, how would I accept a request and get the money without the payment failing or being refunded and end up losing the page as well?

TIA

Most offers to buy Facebook likes is just false likes. You're better off buying FB ads to get people top like your page.

No no, I have a page with 325k organic likes - I haven't paid for any of them

What I'm getting is offers from people who want to buy my page. I'd sell, but I'm unsure how to do it without them reclaiming the money (via paypal report) and ending up with no money and no page

Sell it through Escrow.com. This is used by Flippa. In fact, you may even consider selling it as part of a domain. Just buy a domain for a few bucks, put up a free WP theme, make some posts, and send some traffic to it from your FB page. Then try to sell it in flippa.

Around 4.5 years now, it was up around 320,000 after about 2.5 - 3 years.

The website used to have a lot of traffic, bringing in around $2,000 in ad clicks a month, I had a "like" plugin/button on the page so I guess most came via that. It was very viral

I've had offers essential from $400 to $10,000 for the whole page. The trouble is, it's broken, you can only post with an attachement, there are no insights and fans exposure is virtually 0 - and I mean that, a post seems to have a viewed count of 2 or 3 people

Why bother selling your page when you can just use LOLWOT publisher and earn money from your fan base? You could easily earn more in a month than they are offering for your entire page, have you tried it before?

    Check out their publisher website:

Wow, that many likes is amazing! If you want to sell, take nevin's advice, it's basically risk free. Have you contacted these people though? Are they serious about buying or are they just looking for attention?

I have the same question. I'd like to sell a fan page with 11K fans that has grown organically since 2013 & it's in the weight loss niche...but in my case I haven't received offer.

But I have the same question, in case someone would want to buy it, how to transfer it without the payment being refunded? I see that many say to use escrow, but it charges high percentage of comission.

I have to resurrect this post, I'm now getting 2-3 offers a DAY to buy the page, offers are now hitting $28,000 to $36,000 with the top offer now being $40,000

I'm just convinced that I'm going to get screwed. The profiles from those that offer are clearly not the real people, you know, why would a 21 social media student have the money or inclination to spend $40,000 on a facebook page? I realise they might want to distance themselves from the sale for privacy reasons, but it doesn't look great. I mean, they aren't the usual spam fakes with generic crap in, they have a bit of history (added after signup) and 5-10 images of the same person.

Obviously I'd love to sell the page for $40,000, but I'm just not sold on actually getting the money

Not sure what you mean to be honest.

I have 325,000 completely organic likes already, these people want to buy the page and take over as admin.
Just had an offer for $90,000
