How to Get Verified on Google Plus?

I have 31k followers on Google+ and 61k subscribers on the YouTube channel attached to it.

I've searched the web and the requirements I've found were this

- Have over 20,000 followers
- Be active and post regularly
- Have your website and email attached and verified

All of which I've done. Now what? Who do I contact? Where do I put in a request?

I see accounts with less followers than me verified and it's frustrating that I've been building this account for 2 years and I still haven't gotten it.

    If you are in large number of Google+ circles (for e.g., greater than 20K ) and your profile name appears the same in the other social network websites then getting Google+ Verified name is not tough for you.

    Unfortunately, there is not any way to contact Google+ for this. Google+ Staff will manually contact you and guide you to get verified name for your profile. However, these few tips will help you to get noticed by Google+ team:

    You are required to become popular in your field.
    Don’t share something illegal.
    Don’t opt Spam ways to increase your ‘in Circles’.
    Remain active at Google+, do status updates, get engaged in users comments.

      It's active everyday and was grown organicly. No spam and never any talk of how to manipulate followers. The name and the URL is the same on every platform. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, Tumblr, even the .com is the same.

      I really just have to wait for Google to find me? I have people stealing the photos and creating new accounts with them.

    There's no need to put in a request.

    You can get verified instantly by just uploading your website's sitemap.

    It's easier if you first add your site to Google Analytics

    Then go to google's webmaster tools.

    Add your site by clicking on the add a site button.

    Click on the crawl link on the left menu to collapse it and click on sitemap.

    Then click on the add/test sitemap button and add the link to your website's sitemap.

    If you do this correctly your Google+ page should be instantly verified.

      all of that jazz has already been done long ago. Your method verifies the website link, not the page itself

        What about your Google Places page?

        Have you verified your business yet?

        Google sends out a mailer and you have to phone verify your business.

        I know that this process verifies your Google Places page, but could also verify your Google+ page as well.

    As you said you have already completed all the requirements. Now you have nothing to do without waiting. Google+ Staff will manually contact you and guide you to get verified name for your profile.
