Facebook Ad Impression Reach drops off by 90% Overnight

In short, FB will now only be charging for viewed impressions, but in the process of making the update it seems to have had a negative impact on impressions served. We've seen our FB volume drop 90% overnight from the change and I am just wondering if anyone saw something similar and what solutions they might have.
Right now, we just have more questions than answers.
