How to transfer a fan page with 11K fans?

Hi,
I have a fan page with 11K fans, it's in the weight loss niche and it has grown organically since 2013.
I'd like to transfer it to someone who wants to buy it.

But I do not know if someone has done this type of transaction before. If so, how is the process done? What payment method have you used?

If you want to transfer your Facebook page to others, You'll need to be an admin to give someone a role on your Page. If you're an admin:

    - Click Settings at the top of your Page.
    - Click Page Roles in the left column.
    - If the person is your Facebook friend, begin typing their name and select them from the list that appears. - If the person isn't your Facebook friend, type their email address.
    - Click Admin to select a role from the dropdown menu.
    - Click Save and enter your password to confirm.
    - Depending on their settings, the person may receive a notification or an email when you give them a role.

You can use Paypal payment gateway to sell your page.

Thank you but I guess I should elaborate my question: How to transfer a Fan page safely?
I mean in paypal someone can ask a refund after he/she gets full control and I will lost money & fan page.

Set the transaction up using an escrow service. Once payment has been completed transfer ownership via the method above. I'm sure someone here has used escrow services before so they can guide you and maybe even give you a few recommendations.

What service do you recommend? Amount won't be big and I think Escrow services cu big comissions.

To add another admin to your Page, select "Manage Admin Roles" under the Edit Page tab at the top of your admin panel. You can enter the name of a Facebook friend or the email address of the person you would like to add. We recommend that you pick the appropriate admin role at this time too. These roles grant different levels of control to an admin.

You can give Stripe a try. Or if you MUST use paypal, then just set the buyer's role on the page to "Editor" instead of "Admin" . Then, after the paypal claim period is over (I think its 30 days), you can change the client's role to Admin and remove yourself from the page.
