    Sorry but there is no better group to post products or videos. I suggest to use groups to drive traffic to your blog to build a list. Social media work better for listbuilding.

      Can you please describe the list-building in social media? i never use this, please explain it if it is effective to get traffic from social media websites.

    Look at the membership of each group related to your niche. If they have a high number of members that means it's very popular. Also look at how often the members post in the group. If the members are active in the group then it's a good one to post in. You just have to try and experiment.

    It depends upon the niche of your videos. Plus people won't let you put products on their group without some incentive. If you want to promote your product then you'll either need to pay the admins of you'll need to make your own group.

    I'm going to take a stab at this one and suggest relevant groups. I will say, though, that if you engage your audience, there really is no need to distribute the content yourself. The beauty of social media is that others should be doing that for you.
