Can I copy someone's video which is not monetized?

According to adsense policy I can't copy videos from other channels to mine, but I wondered what about if I copied videos which are not monetized (there seems no ads on them) from another channels to mine?
If I do so, could this ban my adsense account?

    Why would you want to copy someone's video?

    If you weren't aware, Google frowns upon any duplicate content so just don't do it.

    Instead get ideas from it and get inspired from it and create your own video. You don't need to have a degree in film production to create a decent video.

    Just use Windows Movie maker and Powerpoint. Take an article, convert it into a Powerpoint presentation and use a screen capture software to record the screen. Just takes a few minutes to complete it then you'll have a video you can upload to Youtube.

    When it comes to Adsense (and Google in general) don't try to play any games.

    Stay away from any grey areas.

    Any content you publish, make sure it is your own. Full stop.

    Yes, Adsense can ban you at any stage, so never copy someone videos. There are tons of ways to make videos using Camtasia, Windows movie maker, clip editor software. Using Software you are good to make money forever.

    Don't copy the video. Not only Google, but people won't like it much either. People are impressed with people who give them unique ideas. They want originality. If you like the video then study it, and make one of your own like it. Improve it so it is better then the original, and share it here and there. This will be a lot better for you.

    You can't copy it to your channel but you could embed it on your blog and use it to promote a related product.

    It's a really bad idea to copy videos, regardless if they are used for monetizing or not. They're still not yours. But you can easily create you own so there's no reason to copy anything. It's just too risky.
