Hi,

Please can someone tell me why I do not see the Audience Insights Button inside my Facebook Ads Managers account?

It is a new account and have only uploaded a custom audience and I did attempt to run one ad for a Click Bank product. That ad was turned down as it conflicted with FB TOS but I deleted that ad and have been spending the last 2 months trying to better understand the TOS and feel that I now know a bit more and have a better understanding.

But this has got me flabbergasted.

    As long as you're the manager for the Facebook page, you should always see your insights button.

    Can you take a screenshot? There's no reason you shouldn't see your insights. Have you tried multiple browsers?

    I sometimes have issues with Facebook and Javascript; closing that tab (or closing the browser) and reopening the page usually clears it up. You might try that if nothing else works.

    Thank you everyone for replying to this thread, I was able to solve the issue.

    My brother advised me to change my language settings in FB and refresh my ads account, and whala like it has always been there.

    Hi, I think it might be your browser google chrome, firefox, internet explorer. I had the same issue a few months ago. you might have to do some split testing. I hope this help.

      I did mention in the comments above that the problem was my language settings, I had to change my English UK to US ...
