software Fb messaging

Hello, guys just asking a quick advise, do you know of any software that will let me load UIDs of specific people and send them facebook private messages?

Of course by respecting the delays, I prefer if it were a web based software so that I don't have to keep my PC turned on, because otherwise something like FB auto marketer would do the trick!
