Facebook Ads - High CPC - 2 - 3% CTR

Hello friends, i want to know if anyone can help me to get low cpc on facebook ads...

I'm getting about $1.0 each click on facebook ads and i'm targeting Brazil..

I think it is more cheap than US/UK and others top countries...

I scraped some custom audiences to get high CTR.... and my CTR now is about 2 and 3%...

I think my CTR is ok, but my click is high too.... anyone have any suggestion? Change bid mode? I'm using "bid for website clicks"

    Have you placed "Get more clicks at the best price"? Is it CPC or CPM? What is your reach?

      Yes i checked it, get more clicks at the best price.. CPC

      My reach now is only 1000, but it started with huge cpc
