    Tweepi is definitely the best tool to manage your Twitter followers.
    Hootsuite is very good to track conversations.

    SocialOomph is one of the best Twitter clients that I have come across. Otherwise, Buffer is an excellent tool for managing all your social media accounts from one place. It also gives option to schedule your posts etc. Tweepi is also a brilliant tool for managing your followers and those whom you are following.

      Buffer, Hootsuite and SproutSocial all have their strengths, however if you want an all in one twitter solution I couldnt recommend Tweet Rocket more.

    Hootsuite & Buffer are the twitter tools I use most often, because their pre-schedule features allow me to set up tweets for a period time in a single sitting.
