Facebook Page URL

Hopefully someone can explain this to me.
I created a page on facebook for a business. Type is business/organization.
I did some searching on how to set the url and get a few different things about it.

I go to the page to set it and I am returned this error:
"this page does not qualify to have a username"

Currently the page has 0 likes(i did see something about x amount first but thought that was old.

You can set a custom url for a facebook business type page(not local business) correct?

      So the 25 likes does apply then.?
      Would be nice when you try and set it, if it told you instead of just saying "this page does not qualify to have a username".

      Is it different for business/orginaztion pages then for local do you know? I did a local page a week back and it let me set it. Just wanted to make sure I didnt goof up something.

    2or 3 Post in your wall after. Goto About -> Facebook Web Address -> Change your facebook url.

    You need at least 25 likes and some posts on your timeline. But be careful when picking the username, since I think Facebook allows you to change it only once.

      I'm having an issue with this too. It's weird because I set up a page a few days earlier and was allowed to set the username immediately with 0 Likes. I guess that could actually be the reason its not letting me do it again.

      I'm not ready to publish the page though so won't be able to get 25 Likes. I just need to reserve the name. Anyone any further experience of this here?

    You must publish the page, need 25 likes and 5 posts, than you can change name only once. Facebook don't allow change it more than one time

    You can also change your FB page category like Local Busines etc. and then try to rename your Page URL

    As per the Facebook norms, page should have at-least 25 likes or more then that so your primary motto is to increase like rather than to change URL. Once you reach this land then start thinking about this.

    You can custemize Facebook page url after getting 25+ likes and you can change url up to getting 200 likes, after 200 like you cant change URL ur page name

    It is important to note that you need at least 25 fans before you can create a custom URL for your Facebook page. You must also be an admin of the Page in order to secure its custom URL.
