Just go to their profile and press add circle then choose which circle you want to place them either friends. acquaintances or even family.

As soon as you hover your mouse to any of the profiles, you will get a drop down with a list of circles. Click on the circle you would like the profile to add. This way you can have people or profiles listed on your account.

I read all post I have suggest you good option to how to add more people in Google + profile page. firstly you have Google Email account and second option is please signup Google plus. In your profile page right and site your profile page show option add to circle people you can eassly to add people also you search more people in your local area.

  Just search for the person from your G+ profile. In their profile, Click on to Add to Circle. Add them to the circle you wanted.

  Absolutely, Just hoover around under the person's picture and add them to the circle you want. Make sure your profile is up to date too so they will add you to their circles

In the search box at the top of the page, type the person's name. When the person you're looking for appears, click their name.
From their profile page, place your cursor over the Add to circles or Follow button > click a circle name.
and the circle.
