Best Ways to Publish Articles to Multiple Channels?

I'm working on some articles and I am wondering what setup people think is the most optimal to publish the article to multiple channels with the least manual work required and also at the same time avoid any duplicate content issues.

My thinking is the source should be the channel that is most important from an SEO standpoint, which would be my blog which is one section of my website.

The blog post would then automatically post on my Facebook page using the NetworkedBlogs Facebook app. I've used this for clients in the past. Just wondering if this is still considered the best way to publish blog posts to Facebook?

Would also want this to auto-post to my Google+ page. Is there an automated way to do this like the NetworkedBlogs app for Facebook?

What about using something like this?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/social...ook-twitter-g/

Or is using something like Only Wire better?

I'd also want the article to appear in my LinkedIn profile. Do I have to manually copy and paste or is there a function/app for LinkedIn so the blog post would also automatically appear there like on Facebook?

Next, I'd like a link to the post to appear in my Twitter feed. Automated way to do this or manual?

Next would be to ping the post. List somewhere of current best sites to ping?

Submit to article directories? Which ones? Is there an automated way to do this?

I'm looking at this but this seems to be a mobile app not a wordpress plug-in. How would I use this?
      What use does it have.

I see it's more about controlling lights in house or other internet devices...

No, it's not a mobile app, it's a website that can automate a number of things.

One example is, if I make a post on my Wordpress blog, then post the content to Facebook.

Then create another "recipe", if I make a post on my Wordpress blog, then post the content to my LinkedIn account.
