I Need More Facebook Likes and Opt-Ins

I have a facebook fanpage for my women's weight loss blog. I fabricated the fanpage last week and I now have about 180 likes through facebook ads and 3 opt ins by offering a free ebook. Is the number of opt ins good compared to my likes? How can I get alot more likes in a short period of time? Should I keep reposting my free ebook on my fanpage so that it stays relevant?

    -Why don't pin the post of your free ebook?
    -Create a contest for people to tag there friend, and you will give something for free to the winners
    -Post in active groups
    -Use hash tag
    -Ask your friend to like, then tag your friends (just tag your best friends, because it is annoying )
    In short, there are a lot of ways, these are ways I always use, it's very effective
    Oh and keep tracking the money you invest into that contest, compare with money you invest into FB ads.

      OK thank you mr.james. I also run one facebook ad that has a ctr of 12.1% but my cpc is still $.20. How can I get as low as $.06?
