Departing Employee, OK topic for post?
Hey all,
Assuming they are alright with it, is it ok to make Facebook post about an employee who is leaving for new job opportunity? This woman has been working here for years and voluntarily chose to further her career elsewhere. At first it seemed inappropriate, but she is a well-loved member of the company and her departure is a big event (we brought in a feast, many got her departing gifts).
Assuming it is appropriate, any suggestions for a post besides a heartfelt comment about how we will miss her/best of luck type of post.
