    Hi,

first of all: I'm annoyed as hell by DMs in my Twitter Account, so I don't think your plan is a good Idea, but anyway.

You can only send DMs to your followers and I think the limit is 250 per day. So the first thing to do is to get the folks from your list to follow you on twitter. If you want to know the social profiles of them you could use the Full Contact Person API. Have a look at it, it is great for getting complete contact information from anybody you have an email or twitter name. And only successful queries count which is nice.

You mentioned the right API Endpoint, but before using it you have to get the OAuth Signup done, which can look a little intimidating at first. So if you are not a programmer I would suggest you post a job to some freelancing site of your choice. Be sure you mention the name of your CRM and exactly what you want. There are lots of folks on this site who can do this quite cheap. But still then I think this would be a waste of money because you will most likely piss of your followers if you spam them. I may be completely wrong but that's my 2 cents.

Hope that helps (in keep you from doing it )

I went to look at what my competitors followers are following (be prepared to scratch your head!), followed them, mentioned them, engaged in conversation. I'm not yet at the point where I'm trying to promote anything but I get more followers slowly but steadily.
And most important, I have interaction.
Sure you can have a gazillion robots following you in no time, but I suppose they are pretty hard to sell to.
Maybe just click that twitter tag below this thread and you will find other threads with loads of useful information by folks far more expirienced than me.

      Best of luck!
