Should I Use an (Illegal) Custom Audience That FB Already Approved?

I scraped a Custom Audience last year before I knew FB banned them.

I used it once or twice, with no problem, (last time about about 4 months ago).

Now I'd like to use it again. It's the only way I can target the particular (small) niche
I'm selling to -- and the only reason I would consider using it at all.

In other words: Does the fact that FB OK'd the list previously, mean it's OK from now on,
or could I still be banned for using it?

    Kurt and wolfmiii, what I'm getting from both you guys (indirectly) is that there is still a good chance that a Custom Audience, even when approved by FB, and used for a couple campaigns, is still "hot" -- and can get a person banned if used again. That's all I wanted to know (for sure). Thanks.

    I wouldn't do that if i were you, sure it might work for a little while, but then what if something happens? Don't rely on that just because it seems like an easy way. If Facebook finds out. which they might eventually... they're good at that stuff. you're screwed. it happened to someone i knew and it was for something minor and they caught him on it.
