Jimmy Fallon's Ad Network..

Recently I was approached by Collective Digital Studio which is apparently one of YouTube's top Ad Networks. With Ad revenue on a sharp decline, I've recently been playing around with the idea of going to a different ad network that could possibly pay me more for my clicks.
Has anyone heard of them before or does anyone know anything about them?
They have some very large client channels, like Jimmy Fallon's YouTube Channel, epic mealtime and some other big ones like the following:

I spoke with a rep on the phone who was very professional and seemed to know what he was talking about.
They offer, video optimization, end card creation (those little cards at the end of the video) custom banners, channel direction, tag research, custom thumbnails and most importantly... Monetization - ad partnership.
His pitch was pretty promising and he stated that the only form of payment they take is a 70/30 split with me taking the 70% of the ad revenue. Everything else is part of the package.
They have a minimum 1 year contract and at the end of every year, you have an optional renewal.
What do you guys think? Just looking for some more input or if anyone has worked with them. I know there's lots of scummy ad networks out there but these guys seem to be legit.
