No. You will get in trouble.

Space out your posting in random intervals, of no less than 17 minutes between posts, and - to be safer - share only 1 link, then share another, and so forth.

The above is very true, Facebook is really anti-black-hat-internet-marketing

With Facebook Autoposter, you can easily post to all your groups at a click and

With Facebook Autojoiner you can automatically join groups related to your keyword.

For enquiries about these tools send a message to kangol9916@gmail.com

With facebook autoposter and autojoiner you can easily get blocked by facebook too, ain't that great?

You can definitely not do that - "at once" just think about it, can you do that manually? - no, then if you do it automatically you will get caught immediately.

You need to space out group posts along the day, only post in relevant groups that want the kind of posts that you're doing. Randomly spamming fb days are long gone and your account will be penalized really fast if you try to go that way.

Since, multiple posting of same content is always considered as a spam, you can get blocked because of this. Moreover,in Facebook’s terms and conditions,it has a limit on usage of their services like comments, messages, wall posts offered to you.

I've done this and have not gotten in trouble for it in the past. I will create an original post on my page, and then simply 'share it' with multiple groups. This doesn't register as spam, but rather simply shares- which are not really considered wrong by Facebook's standards.
