Having trouble posting as an administrator on Facebook.

I'm helping a company with their Facebook marketing. They are having trouble setting it up so I can post in their name.


In the past, I have liked the page and then the owner of the page was able to make me an administrator. Then, I would go into my personal account, go under pages and be able to post as the organization. I did this quite a while ago. Is this still the way it works?
