Hi guys,

About to run a Facebook ad. Was just wondering which has proven to be better news feed or right side bar for clicks and conversions ?

Thanks

Every single campaign varies depending on what's being promoted. The variances can be quite wide.

Each campaign is different. I lean towards saying the news feed ads but the only way to know for sure is to split test. I recommend running both and comparing the results. Let the data tell you what is running better. Good luck!

I'm tempted to say news feed, but then again it might not be the best option for you. Maybe you should test things out, see which type of ad is best in your particular situation.

News feed ads always have more engagement - but you really gotta test, because, maybe the right side is so cheaper for your campaign, that it yields a lower cost per conversion.

With that being sad, I seldom run any RHS ads, anymore, these days. Although I know some people that do great with them, I don't like them - especially because I sell, mostly, physical products that the person has to see well in order to buy.

If the pic is too small, no details are seen, less and less conversions will happen.

Anyways, the fact that newsfeed are native - they are inserted within the site's content - tends to lead to better everything.

    Run small tests and see!

    What exactly are you promoting?
