FB ad issue... please help!

I tried contacting Facebook support but have not received any assistance yet.. I can't edit ads or create new ones. Whenever I try it attempts to load but never finishes. I tried clearing my cache, changing browsers, changing computers but nothing will work. My account is not banned and my account is not flagged (to my knowledge). My ads are still running.. but, I can't adjust the demographic, adjust pricing, or anything. Driving me CRAZY!

PLEASE HELP!

    From a quick Google search, it appears that lots of people have the same issue and most of them are not receiving help for 6-8 weeks. So it's likely a bug on their end that you can't get around on your own.

      After messing with it for like 3 days.. It definitely looks like it's on Facebook's end. I did download the ads manager app though and that helped me at least do some basic stuff.. like change the audience For anyone out there who is having similar issues

        Have you tried calling them?

        It might speed things up if you can speak to someone.
