If you are posting facebook can you include affiliate links in posts inline with text. I appreciate you wouldn't do it too much but is it feasible or allowed.

For traffic, I'd use comments on related blogs.

The secret is to post the comments as your page account.

Posting 2 times a day on your page is only applicable if your page already reached the 50k likes mark. If not, better post atleast 5.

KenR, is this a balance I read if you post and people don't comment or like FB will start to not show your posts on the stream.

        Hi there..

I am assuming you want to use FB to drive traffic to your website or blog right?

You may want to use the FB Ads to direct advertise your website and compare with advertising through your fanpage. Not sure with niche you are in but you can test both out?

        Cheers

I wouldn't agree with you. Posting too many information can cause users' unsubscribings.

Targeting is the single most important thing in facebook advertising.

Serve your ads to relevant audiences, but try to pay as less money as possible.

It's also helpful to research about your competitors. You can target your competitors' fans when you create your Facebook ads.

you can throw endless amounts of time and money into growing a facebook page... it's futile. once you build up your facebook following, facebook will require you to pay them promotion fees to reach the fans that liked your page. it's a joke.

can you imagine if twitter made you pay for your followers to see your content? i refuse to spend any time or money... or lose any sleep on facebook.

Good advice. Do you suggest that you should post daily on both your fan pan as well as on your own time line?

I would say this is the most important one.

Yeah you can create your page and what-not...

But running ads can have you building a list or going straight for the sale...

While in the background, people will like your page as well.
