Why i cant target in the interest option to a specific fan page with 25000 fans?

Hi, i would like to target to a fan page with 25000 fans, but facebook ads does not allow me to do that. Why i cant? is there any way to target my ads to this fan page? Many thanks

    not all pages can be targeted this way, and number of fans is not the only criteria for a page to show up under interest targeting. The only other way would be to email/userid scraping and running custom audience ads, but that functionality has been discontinued now.

    Because that's THEIR fan base. Not yours. Find other ways to target them ... ie. Interests, age, gender, etc.
