Organic is free and natural as its name, it usually grows overtime unless you go viral overnight, however paid like is what you get from your paid campaign, usually Facebook ads.

Organic which means you get natural traffic without spend anything.
Paid results are basically advertisements the Web site owners have paid for certain keywords, so these listings show up when someone runs a search query containing those keywords.

Be careful of website selling likes. Only use facebook to buy likes. Some websites sell face likes and they will drop off after a period of time.

    Orgnaic:

    1) It's FREE
    2) Content becomes very engaging because someone in your networks liked
    3) high potential for viral opportunity

    Sponsored/Paid:

    1) Paid (should win bidding wars)
    2) Not engaging - the word 'Sponsored' makes people neglect
    3) Not many people want to share a Sponsored content because they are not confident nor attached to the content.

Organic reach is the total number of unique people who were shown your post through unpaid distribution. Paid reach is the total number of unique people who were shown your post as a result of ads.

The difference is that paid likes often ( but not always) come from fake accounts. So organic ones are counted better ones.

In our experience you can tell a Facebook page a mile off if they have paid for their Likes as there is no engagement on their page. If a company has organically grown the Likes on their page then their fans will engage with the content that they put out making their social media page an interesting place to visit.

Excellent explained! Therefore it is always the best choice organically to grow the likes.

Paid and Organic Likes are broken out within Facebook Insight's Like Sources. Like Sources can be viewed within the Insights Tool, or the Insights data export, where the number of unique people that liked your page is broken out by location.

Paid Likes are Likes that are a result of paid Facebook advertising, such as when you use the Boost Post button or create an ad to get more likes.

Organic Likes are page Likes that cannot be attributed to Facebook advertising. You can calculate Organic Likes, just by subtracting Paid Likes from Total Likes.
