    Google Plus helps me to generate traffic for my website. I always try to provide a better post in G+. Within 2 hours, I can see my post into the search result. G+ is awesome .

    Google+ is no different than any other social network. If you want it to work you've got to put in the time. I enjoy Google+ a lot and there's more conversation going on over there...for some people it's just like FB for them. It's because they've cultivated their following.

    I personally enjoy it, it works for me because I've spent a lot of time there. Pick the network that has the most of your target audience and start engaging. I also personally think its better than the others because of all the functionality it has with Collections, Hangouts/YouTube...a better way to target your audience.
