over 1 million views everytime a video is posted

i found out some interesting things about youtube though. A lot of video with offline recognizement get a lot of view in my opinion. Lets say you're lady gaga or something like her, you'll get millions of view. I dont really understand about the rest of people that get millions of view without correlating into something that hyped and without subscriber, i think subs and hypes have more effect..

but yeah, that's only an opinion from a newbie

They had a good, nice and funny idea so they had good luck for the first video.
After that they connectes other video n their youtube channel so they maintain success!

From what I have seen, all of them are uploading really amusing and catchy videos, no high production though, but really entertaining, that's the common, underlying pattern here my friend!

I personally watch their video every single time they post it, I even rewatch the old videos from time to time, why? Because they are highly entertaining

Yeah, so many channels operated by teens who get fantastic views, some of them are making millions per year with it!

lady gaga or justin biber , or PSY are getting million views it self, nor you tube promote them for free.
But they invest some amount to get featured their video and they have a strong media promotional team working in back office with thousand accounts for sharing their video. Also they goes with Press Release each and every time.

All this exercise make their content viral and get million views

Someone who is very active on social media shares it and some of their very active friends share it. They then check out what else the supplier has.
It gets posted on a myriad of offbeat adsense news sites like Mashable or Viral Nova and their followers watch and share it.

The name of the video gets changed to something closely related to something that is getting lots of views on youtube to increase the chances of being found.

It starts to go viral and gets shared more and more. Maybe someone from Jimmy Kimmels staff
sees it ( He shows youtube clips all the time), maybe the show Right this minute, maybe Tosh.0 have a staff member find it. Scanning youtube and reality TV is now part of lower production assistants jobs now. Youtube clips help the host be topical and relevant with what's going on in the news.

Views go up and realizing that people may look for it on youtube or google search, money is
spent to make it easier to find. Others late to the party like an MSN employee happens upon it and recommends it for a categorical share and the audience keeps growing. Coming of age tips like clothes, make-up, relationship issues, gossip on a favorite band or show attracts young views, while pranks, funny or scary situations, little kids and animals appeal to the masses.

Haha well of course... Jimmy Kimmel or anyone with a large fan base already built up can rack up a million views no problem. Happens all the time. I think OP is referring to just normal Joe's that are pulling off the same thing.

If something looks too good to be true it probably is. I know a few guys who have tools to pump videos with as many views as they'd like. These guys go proxy farming then bot a crap ton of views to their videos. Crazy stuff, though many of their videos tend to get removed most of the time... Not worth it.

You may see this channel named "poo stick" have a video in the popular section on YouTubes home page every so often. This is a blank channel, no profile picture, very few subs and all he does is reupload things from TV, yet he has a video go viral once per week. No way he's managing to do that without any manipulation.

If someone is sharing a really funny amusing or amazing video that is unique of its kind then getting a million views is not as difficult as you are thinking.
