How do you automate/outsource facebook page marketing?

Are you referring to memes. If so you can either buy meme creation software or u can buy the memes. Video memes work best.

No that's not memes, those are just regular pics with quotes, so do you want someone who can handle all the postings or you want someone who can create those type of pics for you?

Try out Canva (https://www.canva.com) - it’s fantastic for building a variety of visual posts. You can upload your own images or choose from their free options, then overlay text (there are a lot of great fonts). For $1, you can also use some of their premium graphics. I always seem to get away without paying anything, though! You can download your designs & keep them forever.

For scheduling, Facebook’s built-in scheduler (which is just for business pages, not for personal profiles) is best, b/c they tend to rank third-party posts lower. However, if you need a simpler way to schedule, use Buffer. They now have a Power Scheduler feature, which lets you schedule the same post (or w/ differences, if you want) at multiple intervals. You can only use the Power Scheduler from the browser button, not actually from the Buffer website (last I checked).

Facebook has made it increasingly difficult to interact as the page itself. However, what you can do is follow pages from your personal account & then share content to any pages you manage. When posted, it should post as the page, not as you, so it looks professional.

You can certainly outsource - that’s one of the projects I take on for clients. However, I think it’s best & the most genuine to handle as much of your own social media marketing as possible. Unless you’re working with someone who really gets your business & your voice, it’s difficult to run a quality Facebook page.
